2. Extensive and professional classroom training in office and project management, marketing, sales and business operations. “Hands-on” field training by highly experienced and professionally recognized instructors – You will be able to “Hit the ground running!”

3. Quarterly intensive training sessions with our experienced and knowledgeable investigative staff and outside experts. ($200 per person for each session).

4. On-going operational assistance to answer all of your startup questions and to guide you through the initial steps of the concrete restoration business. You can also obtain highly specialized assistance for your problem restorations from our professional staff at a rate of $50 per hour (maximum of $400 per day) and reasonable expenses of travel and lodging. As a SealTechPro franchisee, No job will be beyond your reach!

5. One loaned copy of our Comprehensive Confidential Franchisee Operations Manual.

6. Our pre-opening advertising and promotional materials, forms and related materials will point you in the right marketing and operating direction. Our experience and knowledge will get you started on the right foot.

8. Annual meetings will provide the opportunity to “keep in touch” with us and other franchisees, to discuss and learn various investigative techniques and to share solutions to operational and professional issues.
