Q. Is concrete Restoration experience required to obtain a SealTechPro Franchise?
A. No. Our Franchise Program has been developed to allow any serious and dedicated individual an opportunity to own and operate their own SealTechPro Concrete Restoration service. You will own your own business, but you won’t be alone.
Q. What about training?
A. SealTechPro requires your key personnel to attend a thorough and intensive training program at our home office. The training sessions are included in the Franchise Fee, but you will need to pay for personal expenses for travel, accommodations and meals.
Q. Do I need an office and staff to operate my agency?
A. We have designed this program to be operated from your home. Basic starting office equipment (such as a phone, fax machine and copier), basic installation tools and equipment, and your company vehicle, are all you will really need. An answering machine and P.O. Box will suffice as your office staff. At any point that you might later want to have an office we will be happy to consult with you.
Q. What is the initial franchise fee?
A. The entire franchising package of training and ongoing support requires an initial franchise fee of $15,000 for a population base of 200000 as an exclusive territory assigned to you. Additional area is available at further cost.
Q. How much franchise royalty fee will I pay?
A. SealTechPro will receive a royalty fee of 7.5% of weekly gross receipts. An additional 2% will be paid weekly as an Advertising Fee when there are 50 franchises operating. All of this is as specifically defined in your Franchise Agreement.
